The ASX 300 Index incorporates all the shares in the ASX 200 and approximately 100 smaller-cap shares.

As with the other Major Australian Indices, the list of shares are selected on the basis of their Market Capitalisation, so there is a moderate – high level of liquidity and its constituents are suitable for all but the most aggressive investment portfolios.

The index code is XKO and it’s currently comprised of 110 shares.
